The School of Traditional Japanese Yawara Jutsu, is the official representative in Spain of the ancient martial system, invented in Japan by Kamakura Ushogi, early twelfth century (Fujiwara Era), known then as Ushogi Ryu Yawara Jutsu.
The Japanese School, nearly extinct with the passage of time, is currently a shy, little representation in their home country and also in some Western countries such as Spain, France, Norway, Germany and the United States.
In its system, we can find over a thousand ancient techniques of self defense, (dislocations, locks, projections, etc.) as well as two traditional weapons systems, represented in the Yari and the Katana.
This martial system was practiced in Japan for centuries by the ancient samurai and its techniques were the basis of inspiration for many other teachers who later invented and created, over time, other systems such as martial Yawara Ge, Aiki Yawara, Aiki Ju Jutsu, etc.
Its philosophy, based on the ancient Japanese Bushido and its disciplined, rude and not without pain practice allows us to discover in this art the balance that people so badly needs for modern life. This Martial Art is geared primarily to those interested in alternative living.
